Engineers with two to eight years in backend, data or devops roles who want to work on AI systems and keep earning while they retrain. You already know how to ship software. What you need is the specific practice of building, evaluating and operating LLM and agent systems.
How much time does it take?
Around eight hours a week: one live session, one working session, and independent build time. Cohorts run evenings and weekends. If you cannot protect that time, take a later cohort — falling behind mid-cohort helps nobody.
Why not just learn this from tutorials?
You can learn to call an API from a tutorial. What tutorials do not teach is what happens when the agent loops forever, the retrieval returns confident nonsense, or a prompt change silently breaks a workflow that was working last week. That is the gap this closes, and it is the gap employers are actually hiring for.
