What FIRE graduates can actually do
Design an agent system, build the evaluation harness that proves it works, deploy it with tracing and cost control, and explain what broke and why. Every graduate has done all four, been assessed on them, and can walk you through the code.
How this differs from a standard CV screen
You do not have to take our word for capability. Every candidate has public artifacts — a working system, a test harness, a written failure analysis. You can read the code before the interview. That tends to make the interview a lot shorter.
What we do not do
We do not run a placement guarantee, we do not take a hiring fee that would bias which candidates we recommend, and we will not send you people who did not complete. If nobody in a cohort fits your role, we will say so.
