When fees can be refunded, deferred or transferred.

Before a cohort starts

Deferral
If you fall significantly behind, we will move you to a later cohort at no additional charge rather than let you finish badly. TODO — confirm limits.
If we cancel or reschedule
If FIRE cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort, at your choice.

Governed by the individual engagement contract, not this policy.
