About FIRE

FIRE is the education arm of FluxForce — an institute for engineers who build AI systems and have to stand behind them.

What FIRE is

FIRE — the FluxForce Institute for Responsible Engineering — trains engineers and teams to build AI systems and prove they are safe to run. It is the education arm of FluxForce, a deep-tech company building AI systems for production environments.

Why it exists

There is no shortage of AI courses. There is a shortage of engineers who can take an AI system into production and answer for it — who can show the evaluation, explain the failure modes, and demonstrate what happens when the model is wrong. That gap is what we set out to close.

What makes the curriculum different

It comes from building systems, not from summarising documentation. The failure modes we teach are ones we have hit. The patterns we teach are ones that survived contact with production. When we say a technique does not work as advertised, it is because we tried it.

What we will not do

  • Guarantee placement, or publish outcome statistics we cannot document
  • Describe ourselves as a university, or imply accreditation we do not hold
  • Run attendance-based certificates — every program requires an artifact you built
  • Teach a single vendor’s stack and call it AI engineering

Where we operate

Dubai and India, with live online cohorts open globally. On-site enterprise and executive delivery in both regions.

Who teaches

Everyone who teaches at FIRE builds AI systems for a living. Faculty profiles with real names, credentials and code are published — we do not use anonymous instructors.

TODO — faculty profiles to be published.
